Pricing Business Partner*
Collaborate with stakeholders from Business Units and Regions, offering value-added insights and analysis to support their objectives. Provide proactive consulting on portfolio, packaging, pricing and licensing inquiries. Share best practices and knowledge within the Pricing Business Partner Community, GTM and Sales. Manage Product Master and Pricing Master Maintenance to support the Business Unit. Drive cross-BU alignment to optimize product portfolio and streamline process improvements. Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis, preparing decision papers on pricing and licensing topics. Initiate and manage pricing-related process and application projects across Business Units and Regions.
Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in pricing. Proficiency in data and business analysis. Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Fluent in English and German. SKILLS: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Self-starter with the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment. Effectively communicates complex issues and builds rapport with management and stakeholders. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Takes a proactive and result-oriented approach. NICE TO HAVES: Profound knowledge of SAP and Salesforce. Experience in Project Management. Understanding of software pricing and licensing.
